• Sharing only authorised recovery accounts.
• Responding promptly to queries and escalations.

Clients may terminate the engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement executed between both parties.

12. Dispute Resolution

Smart Connect Associates believes that disputes should be resolved efficiently, professionally, and in good faith.

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions or the services provided, the parties agree to follow the resolution process below:

1. Good-faith negotiations between both parties.
2. Mediation if negotiations are unsuccessful.
3. Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal action or proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Smart Connect Associates shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
